Ashlea Stover

Ashlea Stover joined the West Virginia University Research Corporation in 2022 and serves as a Senior Project Manager supporting federally funded research and development initiatives. She works closely with researchers, federal agencies, industry partners, and community stakeholders to help coordinate projects, build partnerships, and ensure successful project outcomes. She is looking forward to contributing to the work of the Center for Excellence in STEM Education.

Before joining WVU, Ashlea spent more than 20 years in operations leadership and workforce development, where she developed a passion for helping people grow, building strong teams, and creating collaborative environments. Her experience leading diverse teams and managing complex operations has provided a strong foundation for her work in research administration and project management.

Ashlea earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Concord University. She enjoys bringing people together to solve problems, foster meaningful partnerships, and support projects that advance research, innovation, and community impact. She is especially passionate about helping teams navigate challenges and turn ideas into successful, real-world outcomes.
