I’ll talk about my particular path, starting with my graduate school research in gravitational waves, through a postdoc in disease ecology, and finally to a position as a data scientist at a bioinformatics company. I’ll try to give some insight into what kinds of non-academic opportunities graduate students can take advantage of, and go into detail into the differences between a CV and a resume.
