Conference Room Reservations
There are seven departmental conference rooms in White Hall available for reservation requests. All are managed by the Department of Physics and Astronomy for internal use. | Request a room

Policies:
Please make your reservation at least one day in advance.
While we recognize this can be inconvenient, it allows us to provide complete information
about building usage to university entities including
University Police and
Facilities Scheduling via 25Live. You may book recurring reservations.
Reservation requests are reviewed during standard operating hours (Monday through
Friday, 8:15am to 4:45pm). You will receive a confirmation email from Miranda Heitz.
General Purpose Classrooms: White Hall has two classrooms and two lecture halls.
The classrooms are
White Hall, Room G04 and
White Hall, Room G06. The lecture halls are
White Hall, Room G09 and
White Hall, Room B51. Requests for these rooms can be made via the
reservation form, and we can submit them on your behalf.
Note: If you are using a conference room without a reservation and an individual
with a reservation arrives, you are required to vacate the space. If you view an
event listing on 25Live, and the details are shown as "private," use your WVU credentials
to log in from the upper-right corner. Request the ability to unlock conference
rooms via the White Hall Door Access Request Form.
