Registration

Registration is $65 per person and includes a full day of programming, along with breakfast, lunch, coffee, and snacks. 

To register for the conference, all attendees must complete the General Registration Form. Please also use the Payment Form to submit your tax-exempt conference payment. 

Note: WVU is a tax-exempt institution. As long as you are using a PCard of a tax-exempt institution or will be using a personal card and will be reimbursed by a tax-exempt institution while acting on their behalf, you can use the provided tax-exempt payment form. For fringe situations, please contact Heather Chancey.

Lodging & Parking

Lodging is available via the Big Ten Conference Center at hotels including Aloft Chicago O'Hare, DoubleTree Rosemont, and Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel.

Parking is available at the  Parkway Bank Park Garage. The validated rate is $7.50 per day and tickets must be validated at the Big Ten security desk prior to returning to your car for departure.
