Matthew is a graduate research assistant with interests in pulsar timing. As a member of the NANOGrav collaboration, his current research involves convolving pulsar timing data from the Green Bank Telescope (GBT) with observations from the Canadian Hydrogen Intensity Mapping Experiment (CHIME) to reduce dispersion measure variations and provide further constraints on derived pulsar properties. He graduated with high honors from Michigan State University in 2023 with a B.Sc. in Astrophysics and minors in Mathematics and Computational Science.
