One interesting fact: I've visited many Abraham Lincoln historical sites and I'm always up for another picture with a new Abraham Lincoln presenter!

- What are your favorite things about the department?
- There are many opportunities and resources to further your knowledge on all different types of physics.
- Why did you want to pursue physics?
- I have always been interested in math, science, and problem-solving – physics is the perfect combination of these for me.
- Why did you choose West Virginia University?
- Morgantown has felt like home since the first time I visited WVU. Also, the opportunities for financial assistance are very helpful and make it easier to focus on my studies.
- How have your professors and/or staff helped you be successful?
- When I need assistance, I am comfortable asking for help and can trust their guidance.
- What advice would you give to an incoming student?
- Get out of your comfort zone! Reach out when you need help and talk to people you usually wouldn't.
